One day I watched a most impressive construction crane ballet from a hotel window. The individual oversized apparatuses never came too close to each other, although it was clear that they were working on something bigger together, like in a symphony. It seemed to be the perfect metaphor for ever more and ever further in a time when it is all about more conrete.
